Donations Terms & Conditions

NSI strictly complies with NSW Electoral Commission guidelines and regulations.

Before you make your donation please read the following...

• North Sydney’s Independent (NSI) is a third-party campaigner under the rules of the NSW Electoral Commission. 
• We must disclose all donations to the NSW Electoral Commission (NEC), however only donations over $1,000 are made public.
• The donation cap for NSI is $3,300 per donor, in aggregate per financial year.  You are unable to donate more than this amount to NSI for the March 2023 election. 
• A donor must be an individual enrolled to vote or an entity with an ABN or ACN.  However, you are unable to donate to us if you are a property developer or any other prohibited donor as defined by the NEC.  By donating to us you are confirming that you are eligible to make this donation.
• Donations over $100 must be made electronically or by cheque.
• Donors cannot donate to more than three third-party campaigners in the same financial year.
